Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Livinex AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Livinex AI provides focused, AI-assisted workspaces for real estate listing delivery and early architecture concept exploration. The Service includes project organization, generative visual and text tools, collaboration, review, and export features.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Subscriptions & Credits

  • New accounts may receive a limited starting credit allowance. Continued generation usage may require a paid subscription plan or another available credit option.
  • Each paid plan includes a set number of generation credits per month.
  • Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period.
  • Subscription fees are billed monthly through Stripe.
  • You may request subscription cancellation through support.

5. Intellectual Property & Licensing

Your Content: You retain ownership of all images you upload. You grant Livinex AI a limited license to process your uploads solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.

AI-Generated Content: AI-generated designs, images, and text are licensed to you for commercial and personal use, subject to these Terms and any third-party rights that may apply. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use.

Platform Content: The Livinex AI platform, including its design, code, and branding, remains the intellectual property of Livinex AI.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload content that infringes third-party rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI models
  • Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service
  • Share your account credentials with third parties

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Livinex AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though your generated content remains yours.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Frankfurt am Main.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
