- We do not control how third-party providers handle data beyond our agreements and their published policies.

7) Data storage & retention
We keep information only as long as needed to:

Livinex AI is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you use the app from the EEA/UK or other regions with data protection laws, your information may be processed in countries outside your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as contractual protections) for international transfers.
